Attorney - Real Estate & Business Transactions
Position Type: Experienced Attorneys
We are looking for a real estate and business transactions associate to join our growing team in Tampa. Terrific "ground floor" opportunity with a state-wide law firm. Immediate exposure to public companies, blue-chip developers, national banks and others in complex real estate and other corporate transactions. Top academic credentials with two to five years of experience working with a prominent law firm buying, selling and/or financing real estate and other assets preferred. Must be detail oriented, determined and able to digest various facts to draft complex documents. Negotiating skill also a priority.
